Payment provider for Open Doors

Get paid in rupiah without leaving Open Doors.

DOKU is one of Indonesia's longest-running payment gateways. This integration puts DOKU Checkout behind your Open Doors invoices, order forms and payment links, so a customer in Jakarta can pay by bank transfer, QRIS or card and the invoice marks itself paid a few seconds later.

1. Install

Pick the sub-account in the install screen. We register DOKU as a payment provider on that account the moment the install completes.

2. Paste your DOKU keys

Client ID and Secret Key from the DOKU Back Office. Sandbox, production, or both. We check each pair against DOKU before saving it.

3. Switch the provider

In Open Doors go to Payments, then Integrations, and choose DOKU. Invoices and order forms start using it straight away.

Every channel DOKU Checkout offers

The customer sees DOKU's hosted checkout inside the Open Doors payment step. Which channels appear depends on what DOKU has enabled on your merchant account. You can also pin a shortlist in settings.

Before you install

A DOKU merchant account

Sign up at doku.com. Sandbox credentials are issued immediately. Production credentials arrive once DOKU finishes its merchant review, which usually means company documents and a bank account.

A sub-account set to IDR

DOKU settles in Indonesian rupiah and nothing else. If the location currency is anything other than IDR, the payment step will explain that rather than attempt a conversion.

Refunds

Card payments refund from inside Open Doors, in full or in part. Bank transfers, wallets and QRIS have to be refunded from the DOKU Back Office, then recorded on the invoice by hand.

Subscriptions and saved cards

Not available. DOKU Checkout is a one-off payment page. Recurring plans in Open Doors will need a different provider for now.
